Daisy FM was established in 2015 on the back of our recruitment business ‘O’Rourke Personnel’ in an effort to provide our clients with a comprehensive cleaning service for the construction industry. Daisy FM is unlike other cleaning companies in the sense that we do not have the same staffing burdens; this can be attributed to the support that we receive from our recruitment business. In addition, we will always aim to locate and train personnel who are situated locally to the project. All our staff are fully trained in every aspect of their work including risk assessments, health & safety and the correct use of equipment and chemicals.

DaisyFM was established in 2015 with the purpose of providing Builders Cleans to a finish trade standard. We have worked on a mix of projects High Residential, Housing, Commercial, Data Centres, Infrastructure, Education and Warehouse. From Builders Clean Packages from £3,000 to £300,000.
Additionally we now provide a comprehensive cleaning service including all on-site Welfare Cleaning, External and Specialist Data Centre Environments.
All our staff are fully trained in every aspect of their work including risk assessments, health & safety and the correct use of equipment and chemicals.
We have developed strong relationships with our clients and request back on new schemes. By
continuously always providing excellent quality of work in demanding environments on time to finish.

Builders Cleans
One of the most important aspects of a building project is the health and safety of the operatives who are working on site. Assurance of individuals health and safety is heightened by appropriate cleaning procedures, involving the removal of dust from the working environment. Silicosis is a form of occupational lung disease caused by inhalation of crystalline silica dust. It is marked by inflammation and scarring in the form of nodular lesions in the upper lobes of the lungs. It is a type of pneumoconiosis – it is the new asbestos of the construction industry. It is a diseases for which there is no treatment.
